We have learned with great sorrow the loss of lives and injuries as a result of suicide attacks perpetrated yesterday (12 November) in the Libyan cities of Tobruk and Al Bayda. We condemn these terrorist attacks intending to harm the territorial integrity, stability of the country and fraternity between Libyans as well as the dialogue process in Libya. We wish God's mercy upon those who lost their lives in the attacks, convey our condolences to their families and hope for a speedy recovery of the wounded.

We wish that the dialogue efforts aiming to extract Libya from its conflict environment and toreestablish its stability be supported, and that the people of Libya preserves its spirit of unity and solidarity during these difficult days.
