H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey will pay a visit to Baghdad, Basra, and Erbil, on 28-29 April 2019 to meet with high-level government officials and local authorities.

All aspects of our bilateral relations, particularly countering terrorism, Iraq’s reconstruction as well as regional issues are planned to be discussed, within the framework of the visit. H.E. Çavuşoğlu will also get together with the representatives of the Turkmen community who are one of the main components of the Iraqi society.
