We welcome the exchange of prisoners which took place today (7 September), between Ukraine and the Russian Federation.

We congratulate all parties for their constructive approach, in particular the leadership of Ukraine and Russia, which contributed to this positive development.

Turkey will continue to support, on the basis of Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty, all efforts to ensure peace and stability in the region .
